One of the benefits of becoming a Hunter First member is access to exclusive, free Hunter First events. These opportunities include CEO Connect Events, round tables and meetings with government and industry leaders.
Hunter First CEO Connect is an events program designed to give Hunter First member CEOs and senior executives exclusive opportunities to network with key stakeholders throughout the Hunter, see behind the scenes of some of the Hunter’s key organisations or infrastructure facilities, preview new facilities or operations, and hear from regional business, industry and government leaders.
The program allows for members of the Hunter First cohort to host a function in order to showcase their organisation and resources to other Hunter First members.
Events are promoted exclusively to executives of our approximately 80 Hunter First member organisations, an influential network of business leaders representing the Hunter region’s foremost companies and organisations.
The host organisation provides the event space and catering for the function and sets the agenda and topic for the event.
Business Hunter regularly hosts visits from government and industry leaders. These visits often provide unique opportunities for Hunter First Members to meet and hear from influential leaders, raise issues of concern for their industry and receive first-hand information from government decision-makers.
If attendance is limited, Hunter First members are invited on the basis of membership level or the relevance to their business of the topic or portfolio.
